Wonderful, spreading ground cover plant. It prefers wet to medium wet conditions but does fine in average garden soil and is a little less aggressive in dryer soil. It can thrive in full shade and is Deer Resistant. I use this plant to outcompete patches of Vinca where it is in shady, wet areas. The blooms are cheery and useful for early pollinators.
